I have faxed the package to them 6 times and have been told never to refax it unless instructed to do so because that would reset the clock on getting it imaged to their system. I was told it takes 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 and 30 days or more for the fax to imaging based on volume.
Last Friday I was told that they still had not recived my fax. But that my financial package did not include 4 documents that they needed in order to proceed. My package included those items – I asked if you did not receive my package via fax, where did the list come from of the 4 items you stated wer not a part of my package? The response from the CSR was “I don’t know.” “but I can tell you with certainty that we did not receive your fax.”
I have an interested buyer, who is now renting, a very very strong offer and bank practicing some form of institutionalized stonewalling.”
