JA in Arizona said: “I have two mortgages with Saxon. One in Willcox, AZ and one in Glendale, AZ. I have never been late, never missed a payment and, in fact, I pay more than is actually due.
Because I spend most of my time at the Willcox address I check calls to the Glendale address periodically. My voice mail is full of “please return this important call to Saxon regarding your account” messages.
The first couple of times it happened I was in a panic thinking payments were misapplied. Nope. Now it’s just incredibly annoying but, even though I ignore them it has occured to me that one day something really could go awry and I wouldn’t know unless I have returned everyone of these calls.
Isn’t there some sort of rules against this?”
