Saxon Mortgage shows poor customer consideration

KT in Alabama said: “I have a mortgage through Saxon Mortgage. It has been a nightmare. I finally thought that I had found relief in the Government issued HAMP program modification, only to submit in all needed documentation and be told after 7 months that I don’t qualify.

I did not miss one payment and all paperwork that was requested, was and has been submitted to Saxon. I am at my wits end on how to proceed with this mortgage. Saxon should be dealt with legally because they continue to show very poor consideration for the customer.”
