I have called 2 times a week since March 2008 and was told they didn’t receive it or they needed to add another document. Early last year I tried to do a short sale and sent to them the entire financial packet along with 7 legitimate contracts. No response, no help and no one was available. The contracts then pulled out after 4 months of nothing. I then decided to try a loan modification because we finally found jobs and we want to stay but can’t afford the original payment.
I sent over the entire package as instructed and was told many stories about where it was and where it was not. I faxed over and mailed a total of 6 financial packages and they finally got it. I explained the situation but I still received my 30 notice of payment or they would foreclose.
They have even put steel plates on my door so we could not enter. I moved my family out of the house and was then told that they could not help with the modification because we didn’t live there. I told them they had locked us out and she said we needed to move back in. I thought this was all very interesting. She then proceeded to tell me that the modification had been denied on March 2. But I never heard anything nor could she tell me why.
So my question was what should I do? She asked me again for a payment and I told her I wanted a supervisor and she hung up on me.
I have never once been rude and I have even tried to relate by saying I know they hear the same story everyday but they don’t care and they would rather settle for foreclosure then trying to help out a honest working family trying to make it in today’s economy.”
