“Expected Delivery Day: Thursday, December 15, 2016
Your item was forwarded to a different address at 8:56 am on December 15, 2016 in VIRGINIA BEACH, VA. This was because of forwarding instructions or because the address or ZIP Code on the label was incorrect.”
The address, which is apparently incorrect, is on the Loancare website. Another possibility would be forwarding instructions, but most likely the address is shown with a 5-digit zip code, but forwarded to a 9-digit zip code.
Are payments automatically delayed by one day? Why is the address not correct on the Loancare website? Questions
like these, and questionable tactics are reminders of the old days of predatory lending. Trust me when I say I will notify Loancare LLC, a Servicelink company, of errors in their own errors department.
I stand by my assessment that Loancare Mortgage Servicing is amateurish and lacks professionalism. Once again Loancare proved that to be true. All I had to do to see the truth was send priority mail with tracking and delivery confirmation.
