Sam in South Carolina said: “Wow! I just got off the telephone with Saxon and they’re claiming I did not make my payment in May and June. After speaking to numerous people and supervisors, they now are saying that I did in fact make my payments for May and June, but they did not get a payment for August. I searched my bank account information and called my bank only to see that I did in fact sent my August payment.
I called Saxon back only to be told basically to suck it up, accept all the late charges and other extra fees because they did not get my payment. I called Saxon back again and gave them my bank information; the check number and all, but they are claiming they still didn’t get it.
Saxon is a complete rip-off. Now I’m stuck with all these late payments and having to pay my mortgage bill again! Can someone please help me and stop this evil company from attacking someone else?”
