GM, location not given, said this: “I have been a Saxon client for 3.5 years. I had to deal with a lot of problems and mistakes on their part. Last was when they placed a property insurance on my account even though I was paying for it separately at 1/4 of their cost. I submitted faxes multiple times. I even had my insurer send them the information.
Saxon only got it on the sixth try. By then they decimated my credit report, added late fees, extra interest etc. All in spite of me making my regular payments on time. I spent hours for days in a row trying to fix this to no avail. Finally, I submitted a complaint through the Fort Worth BBB (Better Business Bureau) and I had immediate response from a VP. I am hoping to have everything fixed within days. Good luck to everyone else!”
