DB asks: “I receive numerous daily phone calls from Saxon Mortgage starting the 2nd of the month until the 16th when they receive their payment. Sometimes 3-4 times a day. My high interest house payment has never been assessed a late charge in the entire 3-1/2 years we have had this loan. I e-mailed them a cease and desist order but they still continue. Is this company ready to fail or do they just like harrassing customers?”
Editor’s Note: Saxon Mortgage claims the cease and desist must be signed and faxed. Whether that will stop the problem, or if Saxon will claim they never received it, remains to be seen. The problem is that Saxon must cease all communications. Is that good or bad?
